    • I'm sick of these motherfucking FPS Cookie Cutter Games on this motherfucking show.

Seriously, I see no real difference between this and MWF3. At least Bad Company had humor.

The only difference I've seen, so far, is that BF3 hasn't had any fighting on foot, while MW3 had on foot, reaper/predator missle, and chopper fights.

        Are you tired, Rebecca?

        • That was a pretty lackluster demo. Riding around in a tank and shooting things like that got really old in BFBC2 campaign, and it looks like more of the same in BF3. I'll look into both MW3 and BF3 when the time comes, but as for right now, I think I'll stick with Call of Duty. Hi haters.

          • Must say I loved that Battlefield 3 trailer. The destruction stuff, provided it's not heavily scripted looks amazing and the visuals were nigh on life like at times.

            • Eh, I agree. BF3 demo seemed like nothing but lazy cock teasing. That is not what people think about when you think of Battlefield 3. I wonder why they chose that. I wanna see some destruction and mayhem. But, maybe there saving another demo for another press conference. . . .(Sony or Nintendo's new console?)

All in all, not a bad conference, but certainly not anything truly jaw-dropping. I'd give it a C.

              • Huh, Jaffe's referring to Metal Gear Solid during their boss battle demonstrations. I dunno how MGS boss fights would apply to Twisted Metal gameplay, but it's a good source for inspiration, considering the depth of MGS's fights.

                  MS: 4

Well-put, I'm inclined to agree...although I'd give EA a 7. Ubisoft is on within the hour, and Sony is over 3 hours away.

Yeah. Lol. Gotta love the MGS references today. That, and FEDERAL HALL! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

(And not to mention the NFS Clarie RECVX helicopter scene, and the Heavy Rain knockoff. AND Insomniac's new game with grizzled Nathan Drake and meaty Lazaravic Terminator General Grevious knockoff. Geez, the rip offs are totally piling on today!)

That's about how I'd rate today, but damn it's only a handful at the moment that's really been worth noting. E3 so far has been crud in comparison to the others.

                        • Yeah it's looking like Sony's year atm. They should run away with it.

Is like you all went blind during the MP teaser they ran?
