I haaaave... 3D Classics, Demos, eShop (for games like Cave Story, Pushmo, etc.), GBA Ambassador, NES Ambassador, Trailers, and Virtual Console.

If you think it's the same as drawing using Swapnote/Letterbox... it isn't at all like that. With these programs you can ZOOM IN into a drawing. That's why someone can draw this:



....in such great detail.

It's not that different from drawing using a tablet with a limited surface area to work on.

Some random 3DS news:

It seems that Capcom is going to release some sort of Lost Planet spin-off game on the 3DS.

E.X. Trooper

The game apparently looks like a sci-fi Rival Schools, and features anime style graphics in a high-school setting. The cutscenes will be done comic style like in Gravity Daze and Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker. There seems to be connections in the game universe with the Lost Planet series, but it doesn't resemble the previous Lost Planet games at all.
