I'm watching this title. But I'm far more excited for Battlefield 3.

I'm an equal opportunity fps guy, I liked the CoD sp story and I also thought the BC sp was pretty well done too. I think the comedy of the guys broke up the monotony of just going and completing whatever mission your on at the time. Sort of reminded me of Uncharted in that way.
As far as the MP goes for both games, they are going to have to do something special to top what has been done already. Black Ops was fantastic with all the customization and different modes to play, BC2 had it's bright points, while not as fully customizable as BO it was decent. I just couldn't tolerate playing with the tossers that flew the helo's all day. In the end I liked BO more because of the massive amount of shit you could do to your player and weapons.

Black Ops was...okay. The game is just very small though for me. The maps aren't enough for me to really get into them, and the weapons just feel and sound weak. In the end Black Ops is just too repetitive for me, while each game of Bad Company 2 is always exciting and fresh.
But to each their own. But maybe MW3 might be more enthralling than Black Ops was, and with that hope I will at least keep my eye on it.

i always thought in terms of weapons they sounded more real in call of duty since i decided to go on youtube and check on the weapons. also in terms of handling i always thought they worked better. although in battlefield 1942 i also could NEVER connect to a online game even using a ethernet connection.

Valve is the only developer that can make a decent single-player FPS (Portal included). I wish developers would stop copying CoD's shitty single player / cheesy set pieces and instead copied Valve. I guess that's asking too much though. At least Human Revolution is doing something different. Almost forgot F.E.A.R. that game was fantastic due to the awesome A.I. Not to forget the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series, which is the most refreshing FPS I've ever played. Consoles don't have shit but CoD and equally shitty CoD clones like Resistance nowadays.
Everything is more fun with friends, no matter how terrible. It doesn't even come close to Resistance 2's co-op, which unfortunately was the only enjoyable part of that game and now those idiots removed it from the sequel.
Suddenly, I feel all warm inside.
On topic- MW3 is going to be garbage with the longetivity of an average sexual intercourse. But it's going to look cool so that everyone will rush to get that awesome collector's edition.

I keep seeing shortened versions of the teasers on ESPN every few hours...there'll be a full trailer reveal during the NBA's Western Conference Finals early next week, following the same pattern they've used over the last few years for debuting CoD games.
