inFamous 2 is on my hitlist, certainly. Time to get on the PSP and start looting.

EDIT: All I'm getting from both the PSP and PS3 stores is an error message rather than the maintenance message. Just not happening for us poor, abused UK folk yet?

Oh wow...on UK PSN store the SSFIV complete ultra costume pack is only £3.19.

Total mispricing, that is the cost for individual costume packs, this should be £14.

The Welcome Back package is live in North America. I'm downloading LittleBigPlanet and WipEout HD right now.

1) Log In
2) Go to Account Management
3) Select Transaction Management
4) Go to Services
5) Find the Welcome Back promotion
6) Choose it, and it will let you select your free games.

I'm also a PS+ member for at least the next 30 days(downloaded Sonic 2), and will download my 2 PSP games later.

EDIT: People on forums are also "confirming" that you can use at least 2 accounts on one console, so a max of 4 PS3 and 4 PSP games can be attained. I'll have to try that later, considering I have at least four accounts on my console.

Yup, the store is back and it even has RE5 avatars.

Yeah, this was news to me too. I was playing Mercenaries with someone from Canada last night and he had a Jill avatar. I sent him a message asking how he got that because I could have sworn these RE5 avatars weren't on there yesterday when I was playing. Once he told me he was from Canada, I had a stupid moment and was like "Oh, he must be on the Canadian server..." Yeah, dumb moment. Needless to say I checked later and saw all the beautifulness of RE.

The character theme is pretty cool too. I'm not fond that you can't set just one character and that it feels the need to change characters every time you turn on the PS3. Mine always feels the need to use Josh or Spencer...I don't like Josh and I'm not fond of some creepy-ass old man as my PS3 wallpaper.

Anyway, glad the store is finally back up!

hey can someone redeem my copy of infamous on PSN? i can give you my email and password but i want it to redeem it before the offers up. i do not own a PS3 right now or i would just do it myself but i had to sell it for bills

Well this is a load of shit.

I redeemed my first free game, and chose Dead Nation. Added to cart and moved through the menus, and the first free game option disappeared. No biggie, it did that on my PSP and all worked fine. Went to choose the second, Infamous, and added to cart. Again, all was well. Until I realized Dead Nation was no longer in my cart for free, and the option for Welcome Back was already gone.

Son of a bitch. Downloading Infamous now, sending a notice/e-mail to Sony as well. Suuuucks.

Check your download history first and make sure it wasn't activated and listed but just didn't connect for download, you should then be able to grab it from there. Alternatively also check the status of how many free games you have via the way Vector posted above, if you still have 1 active then you'll be able to go back in through that way and grab it.

I did check the history, it wasn't there because I never purchased it; I added to cart, then it disappeared along with my free game option by the time I had put Infamous in there too. Gonna check the method Vector posted first before I do anything else.

EDIT: Went to Manage Account and the site is down for maintenance, however no troubles getting into the main store.playstation.com site. But when I go to My Account I see nowhere to choose anything like Transaction Management or anything.

EDIT EDIT: Woooow, you meant on the PS3 not the website. My bad. Got my free game, thanks for the advice. Ugh, this is why we don't try these things at 3:30AM.
