Question for people who know about this stuff - I'm not going to be buying a Plus account, because let's face it, I have better things to do with my cash. Mmmm, pizza. I know any of the free games I download won't be active after the free membership has expired, OK, fine.

What about if I buy one of the things that gets reduced if you're a Plus member? Can I still use that afterwards, or do I have to go back and buy it again at full price?

From what I've been told, any discounted purchases are permanent purchases.

I think if you download free themes, avatars they should stay active too.

Only the PSN+ free games deactivate and become unplayable when the subscription runs out as far as I'm aware.

Pretty sure we have about 30 days from when they put the Welcome Back package up to actually redeem the downloads.

Sweet. Just got my PS3 and I created an account before the hacks at a friend's house, so after recovering my profile I got Dead Nation and LBP for free... Perfect timing I guess LOL.

I think you have to do it via the PS3 I'm afraid, there's no other way around it unless you have a PSP. But even then you can only download the free PSP titles.

It's all done, inFamous should be in your download list ready to grab. Be sure to readd your credit card information and change your password, other than that you're good to go.
