New Fatal Frame (Project Zero) for PS3?

According to TGBUS.com, an Asian gaming website, Tecmo Koei may be working on a new Fatal Frame game for the PS3. The below image apparently shows the survival horror title listed under games in the works for the PlayStation 3.

Speaking to Famitsu magazine earlier this year, Fatal Frame producer Keisuke Kikuchi stated that his team was hard at work on a new title, one that he hopes to reveal to soon. Could this be that game?

The last Fatal Frame game confirmed to be in development was a remake of Fatal Frame 2 ( first released on the PS2 in 2003) for the Nintendo Wii. That game was reportedly scheduled for a 2011 release but there has been little new information regarding the Wii title since it’s announcement back in 2010.

I believe this is the Wii remake of FFII. Which I like because IV was a very good game (finished it).

well at least PS3 games we yanks can play without modding our firmware. might have to patch subs in but thats it. game might even be goddamn affordable

I wouldn't mind them porting Number 4 - I still haven't managed to play that one. Might be interested in a remake of II, because it was a magnificent game, and if it's done well then shiny. Not gonna buy HD up scales.

I believe Nintendo own's some copyrights in 4. They were also the publisher for the game in Japan, not Tecmo.

I hope for more information on the Wii remake of 2... or maybe they're going to remake it on Wii U to next year. That would make sense.

what if its HD upscales of ALL the ps2 games with the added japanese language tracks and extras?

I already own all the games, bar 4. Most of the extra's don't interest me too much...the Xbox endings are non-cannon, and bonus costumes and such don't really interest me. The Japanese language would be kinda cool, but not enough to make me re-buy games I already own.

I keep forgetting we have it. My copies of 2 and 3 are American, because I happened to be in the States when 2 was released and had my mother-in-law ship 3 over so I could play it early.
