Thank goodness. I thought for sure the government would use this opportunity to start controlling the free speech in video games. I doubt we will see the last of this argument, though. As long as dumbass parents continue to buy their children mature games and then bitch that their kids were "influenced" by them.. I can't tell you how many times working at Gamestop, that I sold mature games to kids 10yrs and under WITH their parents FULLY aware of the explicit content.

I never really had a problem selling mature games to younger kids with their parents thankfully, unless of course it was something popular (Halo: Reach, Black Ops, etc.) And yes, they knew what they were buying their kid.

They knew what their child had told them, that is.

I think parents should pay more attention when I mention "Blood, gore, strong language, intense violence", etc. but I don't think they ever do.
