    A thread of appreciation for micro transactions and money well spent!

    I feel like just giving a shout out to Xbox LIVE Arcade for being the biggest money harvester in the universe and deliciously consuming lots and lots of money from my wallet... and to make things even better; unlike Steam and its daily deals and what not ... most of these games I don't already own on another format and I've actually been able to pour in a good few hours into most of my purchases too (and not just added them to an ever-growing list of ... names of games I now likely own more than two copies of)

    So... wanna know how deliciously much I've spent? I wouldn't be able to answer that! But I can at least list what I've bought via LIVE during my 5+ years as a 360 owner;

    Lots of upcoming releases that I'm planning to grab too... this machine is a money hog and a gaming curse!


    How about you guys? Any of you big spenders on the XBLA/PSN/WiiWare/Steam/iOS/Whatever marketplace?

    I've nabbed quite a number of things off PSN, though nowhere near the number you have. I'd list them but my PS3 is broke rigt now and I cannot recall many from memory.

    A few times I was burned with games that look promising but ended up utter shit so I tend to avoid a lot of games now and wait for discounts on all but those I'm 100% sure I'll like. Even then if they are overcharging for games with euro pSn suffers from a lot I'll just pass. I want to punch the people who keep paying the clearly marked up euro PSN prices.

        I mostly keep my cartridges so no need for rereleases. i mean i still have my NES, SNES, and and N64.

        in tmers of DLC i just got all the mass effect 2 DLC today
