Considering those are only promotional renders, I'm not really going to complain about that. We'll just have to wait and see if there have been any modifications to the actual in-game models.

As for the Peace Walker suit, it'll probably just be a bonus (despite the factor that The Boss' suit is just one of a few prototypes, so it's not like it couldn't be worked into the game properly as an extra piece).

The sneaking suit was always the canon outfit towards the end of the game. It was in MGS3, a black version of The Boss's suit which can be found in... Groznyj Grad if I'm not mistaken. The trailers for the game (and anything official which depicts the final battle) all have him wearing it. Big Boss presumably brought it back with him, and the U.S. ended up producing the sneaking suits seen in Portable Ops and Peace Walker.

News Bot got it right. The Sneaking suit is pretty much the canon suit he wears near the end of the game (its in the same locker that you put that Raiden guy in the second time you go around there).
