Thoughts? I was hoping to see a Silent Hill ending on there. Of course the list is contains over 13,000 opinions and all, but does Black Ops scream "number 1" to you? I'm albeit skeptical of MGS4's higher ranking than MGS3 too.

Most of those games are from the past decade.
I'm not sure if the ending refers to to final passage/s of gameplay, or the ending cinematic itself.

RE2 is right up there for me. HL2 ep 2 IMO should be a lot higher (both near-end gameplay and memorable cinematic).
ICO is one game I feel is missing.

I can't comment on much else, there's a lot on that list I haven't played.

Honorable mention to Tales of Destiny (PS1)

I get the feeling that the word "great" is being used in the same way Clooney jokishly justified his choice of words when talking about a certain Batman movie.

And, yeah, that list is full of hogwash and missing some seriously AMAZING endings (while at the same time containing some horrifyingly poor ones too).

I'd like to see the REASON for each entry and hear a good reason why the following isn't on the list:

Last warning. - Also, real men play the PS1 version, as the Wii version's ending isn't as well directed... But if you settle for the Wii version, skip on the Japanese and English voice tracks and go straight for the actual Phantomile moonspeech, the only language to play Klonoa in.

The fact that Black Ops made first is...ugh. Pitiful. And having any Mario game on there more than once is stupid. Its Mario...we've known how it ends since the 80s. Bioshock, Metal Gear 3, Portal, Kingdom Hearts, and Mass Effect should have had much higher rankings.

Black ops had the best ending......how did that game end again? i mean it was one of the better campaigns in recent COD history but best ending? bugger off.
