Two new Project Zero / Fatal Frame games have been announced as of recently, two of these are announced for Europe and one announced for North America.
Project Zero: Deep Crimson Butterfly (or, Project Zero 2: Wii Edition) is a Wii remake of the second game utilizing the same engine as Zero: Tsukihami no Kamen and will be published by Nintendo. The game will feature remade models with higher quality textures and areas as well as a mini map system that was implemented in the FPS mode of the Xbox port of the original Crimson Butterfly game. The game has been confirmed to have a two player mode where two people can enjoy the game together. Not much info is released on the two player mode but it is assumed one will control Mio and the other Mayu, how this changes the story if or if not is unknown at this point of time. Project Zero 2: Wii Edition releases in Japan in June.

Spirit Camera: The Cursed Memoir is a spin-off for the Nintendo 3DS, and will heavily utilize AR technology to project haunting ghosts into your every day life.
There is a lot of information regarding this game, and it is already released in Japan with an American release date in April and a European release of TBD.
Spirit Camera is all about a haunting book that comes with the game inside of the case, this book relates to the story and is heavily used, you will have to switch pages to view ghostly content and go through to understand the book and why it is cursed. Along with the AR technology, there is apparently some 3D environments you can use the gyroscope to aim the camera at I believe. There is also an extra mode where you can turn your friends into ghosts so you can battle them and another mode where you can take pictures of everyday life to reveal ghosts that 'lurk in the real world'. A teaser trailer was just released and there are many images of this game.
