MGS5? with Raiden? i loved MGS2 Raiden but hated him in MGS4.

also i noticed that there are some MGS3 haters here. i didn't know they existed. how on earth can anybody hate MGS3? it has the best characters, best story, best setting, best gameplay, best graphics, best atmosphere, best dialoge, best script. and just best everything.

i like the others as well, but MGS3 is by far my favorite, probably due to the combined awesomeness of a young Ocelot and Para-Medic.

i think Ocelot and Para-Medic are the best characters in the series, also Rosemary is just as awesome as well.

and i like Major Ocelot better than Revolver Ocelot. and Liquid Ocelot was just terrible.

You know, as much as I adore the Metal Gear Solid series, I think they're probably the only games I've played where I wish the cutscenes were shorter. I mean, they're epic, but I found myself occasionally skipping them thinking "I'm bored. I want to CQC something now."

Otherwise, its my favourite series next to Resident Evil.

actually i was just slightly disappointed that hey weren't longer. i had heard all the stuff about how great and log the were. i really really love cutcenes, i could watch a 12 hours cutscene and want it o be even bigger.


also im really really pissed about what they did to Para-Medic in MGS4. they said she turned greedy and wanted power, she was exact opposite of that in MGS3. in MGS3 she was kind and nice and so funny, such a lovely girl. also she is NOT Dr.Clark and she never died, cause Naomi called Dr. Clark a HE not a She in MGS1.

it was a stupidly bad thought out plot device. also they ruined Sigint and Major Zero. i liked them too.

and Ocelot pretending to be Liquid is stupid, at least in MGS2 he had a cool British accent.

It's weird, the whole "nanomachines" fiasco. Didn't Kojima throw the supernatural in our face with MGS3? Considering The Sorrow was Ocelot's father, it would at least give a "genetic" explanation for Shalashaska's channeling. I wonder how the fans would react if MGS4 instead blew the lid off reality (well, to a greater extent) and explained away Liquid as an actual vengeful spirit. Plus I agree with missvalentine, I never bought Para-Medic overseeing Gray Fox's tampering. It's too "dust under the rug."

I think that the whole supernatural thing started at the end of MGS2 when Kojima presented Colonel's AI and the Patriots (The Syndicate from the X-Files).

wtf big boss ruined the series ??? big boss is like one of the most importen characters and the most bad ass´s ( the eye patch) so thats alot of crap ur saying it was kick ass that he came back in mgs 3 and the ending of 4 it was perfect so fgs shut the pie hole couse u dont know what ur talking about


i just hate people who have to say crap about big boss when in fact his like one of the coolest game characters in the world !
