Big Boss is the BEST vdeogame hero ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He's a lot of better than Solid Snake.

I agree on the Solid Snake part.

I only liked Solid Snake in MGS2 really, he was really cool in MGS2. He was ok in MGS1. I really liked playing as Raiden actually and seeing Solid from another perspective, that made Snake seem a lot more cooler and more awesome. A very good directing choice I think.

i disagree. i mean yha i like BB but he isnt better he was taken out twice by Solid Snake and beat his "Perfect clone" as well.

Yeah that's why I like him to, He has the best story and personality I think.

But Still Big Boss has lost and eye and was growing old, i mean he would have been what, like around 60 maybe in MG and MG2? And Solid was only in his 20's.

His body would have been weakening at that age no matter how much experience Big Boss had, and plus he was basically fighting his younger self so it's hardy a fair fight I don't think.

Anyways he could probably still fight, but his stamina level would decrease at a much faster rate as he gets older, which means he would lose in a prolonged fight.

I agree with you about MGS3, that game was so amazing, i loved the story and the jungle gameplay it was so fun. And yeah i cried at the ending too lol.

Yup, I've played one through four. I didn't like MGS2 as much after playing three and four because the two successors' story value were far greater. But Solid Snake was pretty cool in that game.

I agree. He may have possessed the skills, but his body was still weaker due to age.

I loved that he had a deep history with The Boss, and that they put him in a romantic story line... these were the things that humanized him and slightly deviated from the image of a straight up badass walking gun, which is one of the reasons I like him so much.

In fact, I hope EVA has a mention in Peace Walker. I actually really wanna find out more about why he bothered to rescue her in Hanoi and that whole situation.

so im on Extreme mode on MGS1 and im at the mantis fight right now ive yet to die and i have more than half a life bar left but i also have awhile to go. REX is gonna be a bitch but if i remember you get a full life bar during the REX fight but Liquid's fight on top of REX is a bitch cause you dont hang on if you get near the edge you fall off automatically but ok...im ready to go.

I completed the wohle Metal Gear series 2 weeks ago from January to June every single Metal Gear solid game 1 game each month apart from Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2 with I play though both in the same month with them been short games as well as Metal gear solid and remake both the same month aswell I did just about every game on hard and extream mode extream mode was only for 3 and 4 I beaten 4 without useing the Solid Eye and I can tell you fighting Crying Wolf without the Solid Eye is a whole diffrent story it took me over an hour to beat her it's that much harder the other game were on hard mode without the radar with made the game more fell more harder to beat now I finished the series im mainly playing on MGO now just to past the time by.

Dam the regoin lock I now when MGO was been teasted it chrash big time for days and when they go it working they had to regoin lock it but you whould think they whould have fix the sever and all regoins could play together im not happy with the sever it's a joke.

I spent over 2 hours last night on Suvival man it's getting anoying trying to join a team half of them kick you off for no reason and the other half are just shit.
