jacob's ladder was a good movie, silent hill orientated too. especially seeing similar subway stops and minor parts in the game such as the wheelchairs and blood of nightmare mode. that movie was actually really good for an old movie, it's funny watching the subway because it's based in new york (i live in new york) subways do look that crappy in some areas. I think i'm going to take a trip to bergen street (stop heather gets off at in silent hill 3) just to see what it's like

Bergen Street is real? I guess I'm not surprised.. but it would be nice to see. Reminds me of when I visited HK and just had to check out the same areas from Shenmue II such as Kowloon lol.

In Jacob's Ladder the chemical used on the military unit is 3-quinuclidinyl benzilat (BZ) which I believe has similar properties to lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), so technically he is right, acid did inspire Silent Hill

3-quinuclidinyl benzilate = C21H23NO3

lysergic acid diethylamide = C20H25N3O

In case anyone was wondering...

i remember when i was a kid i used to try to memorize periodic table of elements at lunch time because i thought it was so cool. never learned any chemistry though i really wanted to but they told me i didn't need the class. i did learn a bit of physics though i want to take it up as a hobby though

3-quinuclidinyl benzilate = C21H23NO3

lysergic acid diethylamide = C20H25N3O
Hmm, those numbers remind me of the ones seen on the pre-rendered backgrounds in Resident Evil games. Did anyone ever find out what they were?

Those may have been amino acids... I'm not entirely sure which ones you're talking about though, but if I had to guess, they more then likely would be amino acid or protein chains?
