You know, I think that was one of the cooler things about SH4 was that there was only one real boss battle.

I've played 1-4 and beat all of them except the first one, but my favorite is definitley Silent Hill 2. I know for certain that the boss at the end of that game sucked, but I didn't really care because I was just relieved that the game was over. Besides, Spoiler:

Now, Silent Hill 4 was pretty good I thought considering it wasn't even meant to be a Silent Hill game, which is what I think some people get confused with Silent Hill 3. Even though it doesn't really fit all that well into the series, it does have good graphics, an extremely creepy atmosphere, and a lot of silent hill-esque vibes to it. I've only played a bit of Silent Hill 5 over my friend's, but I learned from his mistake not to buy it
. I was really excited for this game but as we all know it has pretty much turned into the movie.
I've sold all my Silent Hill's for money towards Resident Evil things, but I've still held on to Silent Hill 2 because it rocks, hard. Yeah, well, I think most Silent Hill fans will agree that SH2 is by far the best in the series. The problem with that is that now, every critic, or every person who plays SH period compares it to that one game, and says how much it sucks in comparison.Comment
