Probably because someone there saw his profile and was constantly e-stalking him. Out of his friends however, I somehow doubt that anyone else would have been telling everyone about the game.

Again at the end of the day, if the potential for an actor to get contacted about something becomes an issue for you that somehow spoils the promise of new material coming, you've got a sad life indeed.

Clearly someone saw his profile was not private while e-stalking him on the internet, and when he posted something on is profile without realizing everyone could see it in public view, they took it and put it on their website. Afterward, realizing his mistake he made sure his profile was no longer public so this could not be repeated and people wouldn't know what he was up to with Konami.

The original source for the news said exactly what I said, because they were the ones who looked at his facebook page and then also updated it later to say he'd set it to private. It doesn't make any difference how I word it here thats going to please you or not, it's just how it happened.
