How to
1) download all part of them from links above
2) extract the folder to XCAPCOM\resident evil 4 (X is the patition you installed this game)
3) if you get the same folders, overwrite them.

Download the improved movies with BitTorrent
and copy them to the same directory as the same one above

Game now has gorgeous looking. No bug found yet.
Just more RAM usage taken: 133-169MB more used than before when game's runing

Looks like someone took albert's modification to environmental textures and added weapon, hair, and clothing textures to the mix. Also, the "HD" videos look like Gamecube recordings processed, but I could be wrong. Neither are of particularly high quality.
