How to extract movies from CDs (PlayStation1)

can anybody tell me how I can extract the Biohazard 1.5 movies from my BH : DC DS Complete Disc ?

I know my brother used "PSMPlay 3.0" and it can view STR/MOVmovies files, XA audio clips, and TIM files. It's at www.megagames.com in the PSX section. I have used it a few times before and it works good.
