Didn't Tarintino write the script though?

    • Yes, he did. I watched it the other day and noticed that. And then I thought of you people. And I wept.

          10/10

Such a fantastic movie. Cute, awesome, sweet, and incredibly depressing all at the same time.

            Spoiler:

You´ll have to watch it. Ever came to a realization about a movie, that watching it, despite not liking it, is like a cultural obligation? You have to see it, otherwise you dont know how the world works or youre stupid or something? Thats the same thing with Twilight, youll just have to grind yourself through those 1.5 hours. The movie is entertaining, once you get used to gagging, that is. I dont know how to explain this phenomenon to you, but if I had to use a picture, this would describe it-

            Spoiler:

The movie is basically every teenage girls wetdream. The main character is a girl, who is beautiful, but beautiful in a natural way. Shes smart, and has a personality, so shes not like everyone else (zing!). The guy is mysterious (hes a fucking vamp!), hes handsome and has the jawline of David Coulthard, so hes manly, strong. Then hes quiet, but extremely intelligent, caring, and can be agressive (manly!) when the situation calls for it. Hes perfect. And then theres everyone else, whos a pure and bland representation of what a typical "father, mother, brother, sister, dog" would be, but noones focusing on them.

So, in short. Get up and watch it.

I read this one before I went to see it with a girl. So I was well prepared-

I share your horror at ever having the misfortune to watch that crap i got dragged to see it by some girls (they were all pretty attractive so you can understand why i said yes) worst film ive seen in a long time. I cant acount for the books but the film was utter crap and was terribly cliche.

nightmares aside i recently saw District 9 and while it wasnt as good as it was hyped up to be it was still a pretty decent film. Its got a lot of great action scenes and the film is also quite sad and moving.

haha wow i never knew that White Castle was actualy a real fast food chain lol. I love the Harold and Kumar films and i hear theres meant to be a third (i cant help but wonder if its any good though as the second film wasnt quite as good as the first).

            • Here's what I have to say about the Twilight series...

Anyone who has ever so much as found the slightest complaint with Eragon or Harry Potter shouldn't even touch this melodramatic, Mary-Sue covered bull****. It's like it was written by a preteen girl.

do you mean the harry potter films or the books? I love the books but i dont like the films that much to be honest lol but i really do agree with you about twilight

                • I just mean the universes in general. Basically, there's no way (that I can see) anyone with a lick of sense could possibly value the Twilight series and somehow think Harry Potter or Eragon are all that horrible in comparison.

Funny you should say that, she was 12 when she wrote it.
Edit: I was wrong, she was 32. Misread it.

                      • I know, I know... I haven't read the books or seen the movie though, so I'm pretty sure I'm safe for the most part.

                        • I just saw Funny People (lucky me; it's going soon) and while I thought there were some great laughs, the damn thing didn't know how to end. Either way the James Taylor scene was hilarious, the Daisy character was underused, and the Eminem scene was weird.

Decent flick. You're going to love it if you're an Evil Dead fan.

She ACTS like she's 12 years old. Have you seen this woman in an interview? It's like Uwe Boll's movie commentaries, you can tell she worships herself and sees no flaw in her books. She also seems to think if people didn't like Breaking Dawn,(THE My Immortal of this already fanfiction-y series) then they just didn't 'understand it'

Stephen King is right about this lady. She cannot write. >D

I want to se Drag me to Hell. D= Is it really as campy good as Evil Dead? <3

Ive seen drag me to hell and its no where near as good as Evil Dead. Its got some kind of creepy moments and a realy evil deadesque scene involving a demon but apart from that its a pretty average horror film.
