Great idea for THIA

ok here it is i came up with a cool basic idea for a "the-horror" toolbar ^^ has links such as home page downloads button forums, and a sign in feature that signs in with yoru personal account so you can keep track of your personal messages and thread replys and so on and so forth

anyways heres a pic i made of the little horror toolbar

i think its acctually scrap but im trying to get opinions from everyone else

I don't really think it's necessary.

homepage = just set THIA as your homepage or put it in your bookmarks
downloads = it's like one click away once you're at the THIA homepage
forums = yet again, one click away
sign in feature = just tick "Remember Me" before signing in.
PM notification feature = there's already a pop-up notification system implemented for when you get a PM

So uh, not really very useful unless you're an incredibly lazy person.

Dude seriously, when you're installing software (like ooooh i don't know, DivX?) you can actually say no to them installing their own toolbar.

beides thats just a paint drawing its just an imagery idea its not a scall model and besides the resolution on my computer is so great i see the whole page pluss run off so if anything the toolbars dont take up space xD

ive got windows vista so that helps too o.O

Yeah, those toolbars are generally a bad idea. Most of them contain some code that watch which websites you visit and can not only slow down your PC but your internet connection too if they share information. I really hope you have a virus scanner handy.

But as others have said, I don't much care for these things myself. You can easily access all of our stuff from the main page. These things are just bloatware imo.
