Is Saw V good?

I like the first movie, because it was something new and it was really cleverly done.
But the sequels weren't all that great. Saw II felt more like a gory version of Cube to me; the idea of Saw III was stupid thanks to Amanda's almost impossible to survive traps (in most cases the main character really wanted and tried to help victims, so he had forgotten them, but nonetheless, they still died), so in the end it was all about gore. And Saw IV... without the Jigsaw it seemed forced; not to mention, people in IV sometimes acted like retards; for example, a serial killer leaves you a doll and something starts to tick inside it, what would you do?
a) hide behind something
b) come close to it and lean toward it

The agent in Saw IV chose the B answer :/.

That scene in SAW 3 with the grinder and the rotten pigs gets me every time.

And the scene in 1 where that fat guy has to crawl through the barbed/razor wire to get to his destination was awesome.

so i saw saw v (hur hur) , i dunno i feel that they're continuing to put tobin bell in the movies just for exploiting him even though his character has been dead for the last 2 movies.

the ending "twist" wasn't really surprising, although it was a bit sad to see the only "good" guy in the movie getting brutally killed off at the end.
