I had an encounter with a dog today, a different breed though. Some old woman started hitting on me on the bus today. Rule no. 1, never take the bus. It's for the trash of society.. *I couldn't be bothered to withdraw from atm for taxi* and I can't get a drivers license until I stay here for like 6 months (when I get health care from government), which is just about now thank god.

anyway i know what you mean about taking the bus, always some pervert over there but i live in new york, taxi's are too expensive... although i do hear them tell me a couple times "for free" and i'm like wtf

i have to take both bus and subway because noone in their right mind would drive to manhattan and expect to get there on time and find a parking

Riding the bus here where I live can be pretty fun, especially if you're in the mood to fuck with people. I'm rather ashamed to admit that i've acted "mentally retarded" on a bus once, the attention I got was rather.....hilarious. Another good one - acting like a foreign tourist. (no, my sense of humor isn't 'normal')

Of course, there's always the usual creep who 'accidentally' drops his belongings 10 times in a row while sitting directly across a pretty lady in a skirt, but for the most part, it's usually older people around here who take the bus so I find it fun to fuck with them, sometimes.

i don't think the bus is that fun because it can be crowded, when it rains it has this smell i don't like from everyone being wet. i like taking the bus at night when there aren't a lot of people on it, it makes me think of shenmue when ryo gets out from work and he takes the bus

the subway smells like piss sometimes, but some stops are better looking and nicer. always someone singing or playing instruments and begging for money. there's some sickos on the #7 train though, i wouldn't advise anyone who comes by here to get on that train as i got groped on it

i always wondered this though, do all states have subway systems?

Subways here are pretty good. A bit crowded but usually clean and ok. It not too hot when its very hot outside and not too cold when its very cold.
Buses suck tho...too crowded, too many smelly ppl.
Good thing i got myself a car. I wouldnt trade it for nothing, even tho the traffic sucks major ass.

If you guys think normal bus rides are bad, you should be on the party time bus in Albany hah, people going to get drunk / already drunk. The way back is less crowded, but much more humorous

For real though, WV has no subway systems that i'm aware of. I've been to every 'major 'city in this shithole, so far not a single Subway System. I really think there aren't subways here because our state population hasn't even reached 2 million yet. >.>

Im up in Orange County, so about an hour, hour and a half out. I go to school up at Albany though

Of course ive been in the city hah, not often though. And OC really isn't that far upstate, considering my roomate is about 6 hours away from the city and plenty of room to keep on going.

Normally it snows a lot up at Albany (not last year though), but sometimes NYC gets more snow then me in OC
