I hope this will good as previous books... World War Z is one of my all time favorite book. Anyone here has listened WWZ audio book? is it worth of buying?

From what I've heard of the Audio Book it's alright, but heavily abridged so you loose quite a few chunks of story.

I thought it was weird that Max Brooks dedicated World War Z to his mom. If you look on the very last page of the book, it says "I love you, Mom." Well I thought it was odd.
Anyways. I liked both The Zombie Survival Guide and World War Z (I haven't heard the book-on-tape yet) ,but I hope Max comes out with a book that is more direct: Like David Moody's Autumn series. If anyone has ever read those will know what I mean.
Personally I thought the Autumn series wasn't all that good, but it could of been. It needed someone like Max Brooks to work on it.
