    MGS Codec sound.

    Though, I switch between it and the sound effect for Ada's RE4 ringtone (which you also hear in the first Resident Evil film, when the laser hallway is turned off).

      I still have the horrible Razor Gator song on mine, but I'm considering switching it to something from Paprika soundtrack (or maybe I should switch to something "cool", like this)

      I'm still trying to figure out what to do with my incoming message and alarm sound effects (got default Samsung z710 for message and one of the battle tunes from The Last Remnant as my alarm sound. Trust me... the latter works very well.)

        I've currently got the Dexter theme.

        I was looking for the theme to Firefly, but I couldn't find it.

          Fuck yes, good choice.

          If I was to change mine again, it'd either be Hello Zepp by Charlie Clouser, the Dexter Main Title theme (Opening) by Rolfe Kent or Blood Theme (Credits) by Daniel Licht...

          Probably Blood Theme. Main Title makes me hungry after watching the intro so much...

          ( I think the Firefly theme song was called Ballad of Serenity, think it's linked for download on the wiki here... Though I'm probably incorrect on that as I'm too busy to check it).

              Not a problem, at least the wiki had the song available. Most of the others had it with dead links or was corrupted.

              I'm not so sure about that site, as I tend to edit songs I've gotten from my CDs and make some ringtones...

              At the moment, I'm tempted to put Die Hansen! from Kuroshitsuji/Black Butler as a ringtone once I get some of the Dexter OST set up for it.

                my phone doesn't really give me the option to create ringtones. It's a straighttalk phone.

                  Well I got the codec sound for MGS as my call ring-tone, for messages I have the Self-destruct sound from RE2... Yes, I'm a consumed geek .

                    Via computer, I've got an older Motorola as well as an iPhone.

                    Edit a song via free software such as Audacity, or just send it via Bluetooth or by other options in a usable format for the phone such as WAV, MP3 and so-on.

                    Saves a bit of trouble if the phone can handle some file formats, as MIDI is essentially out-dated with current phonesets...

                    I haven't had to create a ringtone on any phones since about 2004 or 2005.

                    Awesome choices. I have the RE1 Cast Intro and the various Self-Destruct sounds. Nemmy and some other monster sounds on it too.
                    I wish I could get the alarm sound to change, Hunter sound effects would certainly wake me up with their screeching...

                            WAV or MP3 should be fine, if not there's this little tool that converts between almost all formats (it's called FormatFactory for those interested).
