I bought a cheap plastic (seriously needs quality work) Chinese version of this Concept STARS gun by TokyoMauri (this is not a TM gun)

Mostly bought it for collecting, and it was cheap, easier then paying $450 for Jills or Barry's or Chris's gun.

It wasn't much, but 40$ or so. Still, its expensive for such an old game.

Ah, that's not too bad. But yeah, still a bit pricey. Let me know what special features it has, if any. Knowing Capcom, I'm expecting a direct port with nothing fancy.

I broke down and bought Code Veronica X for Gamecube. Can anyone comments on how the port is? I imagine it would be the definitive version, but who knows these days.

It's a port of the PS2 Version... but it has no Wesker's Report :S
The game is the same, I know that RE2 RE3 and RECV are for those who couldn't play them before... Capcom didn't care to upgrade some FMV they didn't add any extra for the GC versions... it's good to have the entire saga for the same console though... ^^

No no no, it's a port of the DC code bit by bit (the Japanese version of Complete). Even the intro is from that version.

It's pretty much the same as the DC version, but with better colour saturation (so the slight motion blur on the PS2 is gone). However, it lacks 480p support unlike the DC version with the VGA adaptor.

Anyway, I stumbled upon something a bit unbelievable: A brand new copy of the original US release of RE2 (the PS1 version that is). $20, but I reckon I won't find such an item anytime ever again.

I paid about $30-$35 for mine including shipping, so it wasn't much more.

I just walked over the road to Cash Converters a few minutes ago, and bought myself some PS1 accessories (a Multitap and Extension Lead). $8 for both!

Well, RE4 is a good game. It's simply sad that it's not a very good Resident Evil. I always play it without thinking about the fact it's meant to be an RE and it seems to work.
