You can shave 2 hours off the cooking time by cutting out the backbone and laying the breasts and back closer to the pan and thus closer to the cooking surface...

Too bad you can't do it in the game...

I made turkey sushi this Thanksgiving since I thought it'd be a nice change to have an asian themed thanksgiving... Taking the knee-high tables was a bitch to make though, but since they were covered with a nice table cloth, you couldn't tell that they were unpainted and looked ugly underneath

Edit - I should mention that the turkey was fully cooked.

Raw poultry = E. Coli = Diarreah
