Wow... I've never thought any food can disgust me and raise my appetite at the same time.
But, I think I'll just stick to my hungry man 1/2lb burgers across the street.
...its places like this that make me glad im goin on a diet. im cutting out sugary soda and trying to include more greens, and im drinking more vitamin C laden drinks. in fact my parents bought 3 porterhouses on sale today to grill and i only had half of a one pound steak with a salad and orange juice.
,,,i lost my train of thoguht there. all im saying is if i want to eat huge i'll eat a pound of broccoli and a chicken breast with a light coat of seasoned flour cooked in the oven.
Seriously now. The ONLY thing that was disgusting, were some of the obese people there. The burgers looked delicious (fan of meat, cheese and veggies), the nurses shaggable and the doc plain funny.
I think that's actually quite a good idea. Instead of "You shouldn't eat this, it's bad for you", being completely honest with the customer. People get sick of hearing it.
Yeah, but it's one thing to be completely honest, and it's another to go out of your way to make everything extra bad for you. I mean, 4000 calories in one burger? That's just insane.
Yeah, but it is a gimmick. I mean, I'd eat there, but only for the sole purpose of being able to tell people, "Yeah. I ate at that restaurant."
That and the nurses.
That's a 1lb burger. That's huge. I don't think I'd ever eat it. If I went there, I probably only eat the smallest burger. Just looking at that makes me feel like I'm going to have a heart attack.
If they didn't COAT THE BUNS WITH LARD...I'd probably really enjoy the place. But the thought of lard makes me gag.
Yeah, but... I don't think they'd refuse service if you said, "Please don't coat the buns with lard." That was the one thing that turned me off as well.
The coating stuff with lard and cheese is a bit...much. I'd probably request burgers not lard coated. Who knows, I bet they inject the patties with lard before giving them to you.
