FXstaller.exe virus spreading via MSN?

Just got a message from cerberus via MSN, it had a virus called FXstaller.exe on it linked to some myspacy.biz page, and as a result it sent everyone on my list the same thing, it seems to be a chain virus or something, I managed to remove it, but just an advanced warning if this is going around or something as I hadn't a clue about this kind of thing till just now.
