If I were to paint my room a game themed, it would have to be gears of war, abit of black and red with a skull on the wall. I hope my kid would want that in the future.

As soon as I buy my own house, I'm covering my study or living room with some haunted house style, victorian pattern wallpaper. Maybe something like this, but darker:

Be careful, it's hard picking colors with colored walls. Right now, one of my favorite room is dark red, it's really hard finding a decently priced rug that matches it and doesn't clash.

You could cover your entire room in white sheets. The roof, walls, floor, bed, closet/shelf, door... would give you a nice Brookhaven Hospital feeling. And ensure that any girl you may have lured into your basement's basement will go out the same way she came rather swiftly. ;)
