Walking Dead...

Good episode of 'The Walking Dead', not as good as the first 3 eps but it was more character based. Loved seeing Glenn and Maggie's relationship starting to bloom. I gotta say that Stephen Yeun and and Lauren Cohans chemistry is really strong and the two are perfectly cast.

The Teaser for next weeks episode that showed Merle at the end was a pleasant surprise. I wasn't sure if they were gonna get back to him this soon. Makes me wonder where the TV series is going to go from this point now.

Its referencing the source material lot but not really following it, which is proving to be pretty good so far actually.

I was only half paying attention before I realized the show was back on, but I speculate that Merle could just a figment of Daryl's imagination. I could see the whole "Why you'd leave me to die?" thing going on in his head. Take into account Daryl did have a pretty big fall.

And the zombie from the well...Wow, I'm impressed at the lengths cable television is going to these days. It really shows that society is becoming more and more desensitized to violence. The graphics were quite impressive too...Though when the one dude was bashing the head in, that seemed fake; it had a rubber, bouncy type sound to it...At least to me.

I've been quite impressed with the good balance between comic and making it original with some new things. To follow the comic word for word would definitely have gotten stale, but I think these writers are doing a decent mix of comic elements and their own creativity.

No worries guys. Just a gentle reminder that we European types live in a dark and backwards state, and can at best expect the good TV shows several days after the states. Heck, we just finished season 6 of Supernatural here. A couple of weeks after you guys started season 7.

^ Australia is even more backwards in regards to t.v. I don't even know where we're up to on Supernatural because they keep taking it on and off the air.

Anyway, just watched a new episode of Dexter. Makes me want to go and watch Season 1 again.
