High School Memories

Funnily enough, I don't recall much from my school days. Though I did like my time in the Sixth Form, which is a college of sorts integrated within the school. We also had a "School Council", the normal members of such were representatives of each form in every year - from years (grades) 7 to 11. So each form leader represented the form's interests and concerns, and all of these representatives answered to an "executive council" which consisted of about six or so people from the Sixth Form.

I was a member of the executive council, which could make decisions and get them accepted by the school authorities and so forth. So yeah, I think my school life went by without much incident.

I actually miss high school. Why? All I did was dick around with my friends. After high school, real life begins. High school was nothing but drinking with my friends, messing around in school, hanging out on weekends, playing SOCOM II with my friends until 5am then waking up and meeting up at the diner and getting breakfast and starting all over again, hooking up with hot chicks, friends having parties nearly every weekend, underclassmen looking up to me, going to all my friends' football/basketball/baseball games, being the Editor-in-Chief of the high school paper, making everyone laugh, and oh yeah, dicking around.

College is too serious. I'm a mature and responsible individual but I guess I'm not ready to 'grow up' just yet.

to be honest i actually dont want to leave. i dont think im ready for bills and all the responsiblity ect ect.

Me too, im actually kinda scared of my graduation day, i wish i had school forever. although when i was in middle school i couldn't wait to finish school. But times have changed, and time is going by much faster, my time is ebbing away. not much time left for fun.

Oh well, i have College/University to look forward to after school but it's still scary.

I hated high school. I was in a unique position, or at least unique within my school. I was different. I wore my hair long. I can't stand football and wasn't especially interested in getting girls drunk enough to slur out something that may be a 'yes' to 'can I bang you now?' since I had this crazy and outdated opinion that feelings other than 'I'm horny' should be involved in sex. I liked anime and computer games and role playing games.

But I'm big. easily the second or third biggest guy in the whole school, and well known for being vicious as hell to fight. To this day no one in my home town will fight me, and whenever I go home I wear a shirt saying, 'I look this way to offend you.' It amuses me.

So they'd give me verbal abuse instead. They knew I'd respond to every physical confrontation with overwhelming force (someone in a room was yelling stuff, and kicked me on the way out. I grabbed a chair and threatened the whole room, including the teacher...who appologized later) and it was pretty depressing, after a while. I didn't enjoy Sixth Form either, since it was still the same old people giving me the same old crap, but University was pretty fun.

this is what high school is like for me.
it seriously is all about fucking around (no pun intended lol). we would fuck around and hell it would actually be for a good cause sometimes. theres this one time this year me and my friend paid a dollar to the red cross and we got to dress up as girls for a day. i got a pic of me and my friend around here somewhere ill have to find it.
i've said it numor's times before and ill say it again. im really gonna miss high school.
