  • So EDGE had to retire due to spine injures. Damn... I'm gonna miss him. He was my favorite heel wrestler along with Randy Orton, and his run as face was also good. What a shame, I think he had a lot of good matches left.

No it's not, WWE still has it's own development feds.

You mean you had a point other than the one i made clear you couldn't be more wrong about? The one where you said it was impossible to see whether wrestlers could succeed, this despite the various indie feds that exist, the WWE's own developmental territories as well?

I'd love to see what your point really was then

            • Indies or developmental territories aren't a grand enough stage imo everbody knows WWF best talent came from WCW and ECW.

              • You're using "grand stage" and "WCW and ECW" in the same sentence?

                REALLY?!

                • I suspect a full indy worker will be more prepared for a WWE contract than someone whose simply been through a feeder federation, purely because they'll have run into more people, had to play more politics and seen more styles of wrestling. Some indy workers are amazing, and while a fair whack wouldn't go near the WWE because they do love to squander talent, others are happy for the steady income.

                  • I just wanted to share this link with everyone on here. (It's about tips on to be a pro-wrestling booker)

Personally I think it's a good read, but I like to see anyone's thoughts on it.

                        • Not that I watch wrestling anymore, but. . .

Punk's new theme "Cult of Personality" - http://youtu.be/_Nr8gVLH2o0Punk re-signs with WWE: http://u.bb/FDzNo Copyright Infringement intended.

I would like to think that this company would be better after Vince McMahon is dead, but the fact is, it's gonna get taken over by his idiotic daughter, and his doofus son-in-law, and the rest of his stupid family.

Fuckin' shit just got real. Most likely a worked shoot, but goddamn, the truth was truly spoken tonight. CM PUNK is GOD as far as wrestling is concerned. I knew they would never treat him right in WWE. He should have been launched to main event status the first day he was in WWE. His work in Ring for Honor with Raven, and his 60 min matches with Samoa Joe, along with his "Straight-Edge" gimmick, was top-of-the-line. Nobody could touch that shit. All they had to do was let him be CM Punk. It's so simple.

Not that I care much. WWE is dead. It'll never recover because of the system they have in place(scripted garbage vs letting the guys wing it with the promos and respond to the crowd), and the things CM Punk mentioned are absolutely dead-on.

Favorite part is Steph and Triple H getting called out for being what they really are. CM Punk--love you!
