The music in Lost is some of the best damn musics recorded for television (same for Battlestar Galactica). Here's two of my favorite pieces in the show; Of Mice and Ben And Locke'd out again Such tensity and win.
What I like about most I would say is the journey of the survivors from flight 815 crashing onto the Island, how their characters have evolved as they come across the mysteries. Even the writing for each script has great quality (even series 2, as I regard as the most filler episodes, still beat some the crap that is heroes script.) to give us that dramatic tensity, it is a magnificent piece of work.
My personal favorite characters in the show far go in the following: Charlie, Desmond, Locke, Farraday, and Jack, and the Island itself. The last series can't come soon enough.

So this hasn't been updated in ages, but were still watching it. Ice is getting more into the series. I found it kind of odd how: (big spoilers for current season)
Spoiler:
Claire had the Locke dream where his eyes are white and black. A bit of foreshadowing there what happens to him? They really seemed to be setting Aaron up as something special in the first season. The psychic telling her only she can raise it, and noone else can (or else something bad would happen?). Also what the dream-locke said:
CLAIRE: What's happening?
LOCKE: You know what's happening.
CLAIRE: But I don't understand. Why --?
LOCKE: He was your responsibility but you gave him away, Claire. Everyone pays the price now.
Interesting ;)
We're about one episode behind, but hope to catch up and watch episodes 18 and 19 tonight. Almost done with season oneLast edited by Dot50Cal; 09-19-2009, 01:20 PM.

^ About Claire's dream:
Spoiler:
Not much about Claire actually hehe. There have been three times the Black and White thing happened 'till now.
- When Walt asked Locke about what was he playing at the beach and he shows him the black and white chips.
- When Jack found the bodies on the caves and they had two stones of those colors in a little bag.
- And when Locke have his eyes one white one black in Claire's dream.
Are there more 'till episode 19?

I'm not sure Ridley. Also noticed some interesting stuff last night while watching The Numbers episode:
Spoiler:
When Hurely went to see Lenny, he told him that he used the numbers to play the lottery. Lenny then says "You've opened the box! It won't stop now!" Kinda interesting, maybe the whole thing is Hurelys fault.
Also, what was the point of the numbers being broadcast on the island? I don't think they have ever explained that.Last edited by Dot50Cal; 09-20-2009, 01:28 PM.

Hey guys, I'm sorry if this is a thread onlly for does of you who are watching LOST at the same time, but I just thought I could use this thread as a general "LOST" thread (NO, NOT for posting ANY spoilers of episodes after does you've watched).
So, I'm curentlly about to start with the fourth season (I already watched all seasons, but I though I could go through them all again just to make sure I didn't miss any detaile... and also, some friends wanted to watch it and I jumped in with them), and I can asure one thing for all of does who might be thinking LOST is really random: IT.IS.NOT. It really has a lot of thought put into it, and every detaile matches together into one great story, except some thing that haven't been answered and I hope they will in the final season.
On OTHER news, has any of you watched FlashForward's preview (watch closelly, you might find a surprise): http://www.salondelmal.com/los-prime...flash-forward/ (sorry the page is in spanish, but that's were I saw it).
Speaking of FlashForward, did you know Dominic Monaghan (Charlie) and Sonya Walger (Penny) from LOST are part of the cast? interesting, also... here comes my personal opinion: I love it! it sure seems it will be my next "must-watch" serie, after I finish LOST (season 6).
P.S.: for does who didn't see the LOST reference in the preview: Spoiler:
at 6:20 you can see a giant sign/advertisment that says: Oceanic, and yes, it is the company from LOST, ou can see it is exactlly the same

Sorry to bump such a long dead thread, but I have recently discovered Lost! I marathonned through the 5 seasons in around 2 or 3 weeks recently, and WOW, gotta be the best thing on TV...maybe tied with Dexter? Anyway, I love the show and I feel so dumb that I neglected to watch it for so many years.
My favorite character is DEFINITELY Locke. He always seems to know what's up and Jack is just a jackass for always trying to bully Locke around.

I stopped at season 3. I was tired of seeing all the minorities and kewl women being killed off.
Did they ever do more episodes of Expose? "Corvette, the pride of St-Paul." and
-"That's the money for the orphanage!!"
-"Pretty AND smart, what a shame..."Last edited by The_15th; 11-16-2009, 02:55 PM.

It was probably to get Aaron out of their hands and further influence them to return to the island. With Aaron out of their hands and/or in the hands of Claire's mother, it'd be easier to get both Kate and Jack to return to the island (it didn't matter whether they gave Aaron to Claire's mom or if they managed to prove that Kate wasn't Aaron's mother. All that probably mattered was that Kate and Jack would no longer be refusing to return to the island "because of Aaron.")Last edited by Carnivol; 12-03-2009, 10:11 AM.
