Well after getting my 360 I snapped a pic of my setup after repositioning a few things to make space for it. Post a shot of what your setup looks like.

Entry level to say the least. a 32" HDTV (rush purchase so i had a TV in time for Joe Calzaghe v Bernard Hopkins), X-Box 360 with 120gb HDD, PS3 with 250gb HDD, and then a normal Sky+ box.
The TV does the job, everything looks nice enough. Strangely, it's not the TV i want to upgrade the most...
This is my retro setup in the second room.
Cheapo second hand CRT TV that cost us pennies a few weeks back purely as a "anything will do" kinda deal, but it's pretty fucked, as shown by the picture display being stretched off-screen!
But yeah, a 250gb HDD modded X-Box (crammed with emulators for every system up until the N64/PS1 era including complete romsets), a PS2, a Sega Dreamcast, a Sega Saturn, a Wii, and then a Virgin Media box...which we only have because they offered it for free for being good customers.
The retro setup is in dire need of an overhaul. Particularly a solid unit to fill the width of that area and then enough shelves for each machine....plus all the cabling needs to be tidied big time.
Oh, and the plastic shelving box unit type thingy is full of the missus' (honest) makeup and the wooden box on top is full of games and controllers.

My current set up (the games will be moved to a nice case later on and will have a Sky HD box where it is, like your sky plus box on top of the consoles)
At the moment.

@keeke
Awesom HDTV Projector!!! your setup is impressive
btw, here is mine (click thumbnails):
As you can see it is a very basic setup with HDTV LCD 22" and a Philips 5.1 audio system connected to my Personal Computer, Xbox 360 20GB and PS3 Slim 120GB.
I don't have any retro setup, my Sega Mega Drive II, PS One, GCN and their games are inside a close box, i don't use them anymore.

Mexican Wal-Mart (and almost every franchised supermarket/store/business) sucks badly. They do have good prices I must admit, but HDTV's are a huge investment right now.
Almost every electronic product gets overpriced a lot... examples:
Prices taken from both Sears US & Mexico
Sears Mexico - Xbox 360 PRO EDITION 20 GB = MXN 4999.00
Sears US - Xbox 360 MW2 EDITION 250GB = MXN 5517.14

And don't get me started with the plasmas and stuff, it's so dam expensive to be a good (no piracy) gamer in latin america, I have to import my games and it is quite expensive, especialy for a 16 year old.
Oh! and gamestop, theyre prices have no sence, Assasin's Creed (the 1st one, and "normal" edition) is at: 180 dolars!!!!! hahahahahahahahaha, do they even think someone will buy that???... well... I've seen some people buying at does prices... but still... 180... dolars... for one game...
