Last night's episode was just about the bitchenest thing that I ever did see!
Spoiler:
I hope Dexter catches that slut Rita cheating on him, so he'll have something on her if she ever catches on to him. Saw Christine beeing the killer last ep...obvious...didn't see her being Trinity's daughter. I yelled "WHAT?" at mah TV
He should have killed Trinity when he "had the fucking chance".
Instead, he's left fingerprints on a cup in a bomb-shelter (playing with cement in the floor, with the aide of water from a cup he handled without gloves...WTF?), he's killing innocent people (The hollywood scumbag was an accident, but the truckdriver was shere stupidity, even if it was to frame someone else for Trinity's crimes), sloppily planting evidence in broad daylight (in a truck+elsewhere), depriving himself of sleep (never a good thing, for anyone), inadvertantly showing Rita his "bad side" by punching out the neighbor (funny though, she still falls for his emulated "protect family" 'emotions') - The list goes on and on. He's just begging to get caught.
The code is fucking broken and shattered. His priorities changed too much when he tried to find a mentor in Trinity, and ignoring the advice of his dark passenger, and I do believe it may just lead to his downfall. Though I could be wrong - wouldn't be the first time.
On a related note, I participated in the live chat, after the show. <- What a waste of time. The most irrelevent questions from fans got asked and answered - the same typical BS that any real Dexter fan should know, they still opted to answer these stupid questions. There were a few good ones, however - none noteworthy, however (IMO).

Spoiler:
If I recall correctly, the trucker had been guilty of a crime before; a low man on Dexter's list that he conveniently found to frame Trinity. I could be wrong though...I had taken a few cold meds that night and wasn't exactly focused while watching it.
What were some of the questions asked? You said none were noteworthy, but I didn't stay awake that long.
Only one more day till the end begins. I truly feel that Spoiler:
Trinity is going to come out alive this season and Dexter will end up in big, big trouble
.
It'll be a narrow escape, like always. Doakes and Lundy also seemed like they were closing in on Dexter too. They never keep interesting side characters around for too long. Lithgow is one hell of an actor and a great serial killer. Spoiler:
I'd be more interested to see where they take the marriage between Batista and LaGuerta. That was rather...out of left field. Office romance, no problem. Sudden marriage to escape punishment? Hmm...

I have a feeling Spoiler:
Batista will die in the next episode. It seems to really be heading that way...unless this is another of his pointless failed romance story arcs.

Correct.
Not just someone entirely random.
Anyway, I see a few possible outcomes in this;
Spoiler:
I believe these to be key elements to look out for;
1. Someone close to Dexter is to "almost" become a victim to Trinity. I put money on Rita, as Deb would cause too much direct trouble with the police.
2. Someone gets to (partly) know about Dexter being a killer. I guess Deb is the most logical choice. Given the circumstances, it probably wont be a ritual, but rather just Dexter killing Trinity in front of her without showing a single sign of doubt as he does it. Alternatively, this could also be Rita, which leads to;
3. Rita, being the overly annoying self-centered paranoid nerve wreck that she is, will add stuff together and evt. probably leave Dex. Strong character relationships has been the main focus of the season all the way, theirs will break... Unless the twist is that Rita sees Dex as the hero of the day by the end of the season.
4. Someone will die, or at least almost (coma?). Batista/Laguerta, in a narrative sense, seems like a perfect match for some dramatic break ups. Of course, someone else could die too, maybe someone close to Dexter... actually triggering "feelings" inside of him.
5. Ignore all the above and assume that one of Rita's children puts a knife in Trinity's back or that Mr. Stud neighbor somehow "saves the day", which again leads to further drama in Dex/Rita's everyday lives.
Anyway, regardless of the outcome of tonight's episode... it'll certainly be part of the center of attention for Season 5. Either way, this season finale can't come soon enough.
Well considering how big they've gone to hiding the ending for the film with dummies/NDAs, and so fourth, it's going to be big. I hope it ends with season 5 however, unless it makes sense to do a sixth season, I'll wait and see. It's one of my favorite series since I watched the first when on. Amazing show.
Rita dead? Wow....I thought she was an annoying nag this season but I didn't think they would kill her off. If anyone I thought it would be one of the members of Miami Metro like Batista or LaGuerta. Fucking wild.
I wonder how they will do things if they decide to go to a sixth season. Especially as far as the children are concerned.

Spoiler:
No kidding, awesome ending. I'm thinking Debra will help him take care of the kids.

So, Arthur got a bit of revenge before his "getaway"...or there is a new killer who knows about Dexter? Fffffff they've never ended a Dexter season with a cliffhanger before!

Spoiler:
"Stan Beaudry", the truckdriver, had been suspected of a crime against a prostitute (beat to death via crowbar) - but nothing was ever proven from this single incident... the guy just ended up in Lundi's Trinity research due to his cross-country work, and Dexter exploited this fact. I really don't feel his death was truely justified, especially given that Dexter didn't even take the time of day to prove this guy was guilty of anything.

What were some of the questions asked?
Lame ones - like, "Will there be season 5?", "What will happen on the season finale?", "What happens next season?", etc.
The most relevant and interesting questions (That didn't get asked+answered) were "Did Harry have a dark passenger?", "Is it possible that Cody could follow in Dexter's footsteps?" and "Will Dexter's family/friends ever find out what he is/does?".

Spoiler:
Highly unlikely. The pattern matches that of Trinity's, and given the details of the final conversation between Arthur and Dexter, i'd bet anything that it was simply Arthur/Trinity acting alone.

Now that Rita is dead, do you guys think that she will come back as a ghost like Harry?
Spoiler:
Interesting concept. I'm sure that she may reappear from time-to-time in Dexter's mind (ala ghost), but I personally doubt they'll make her Dexter's next dark passenger, or anything like that.
Even though Dexter stated, and almost even cried (!) when he pleaded that he "could possibly rid himself of his dark passenger/Harry", I doubt Rita would be the one to "fill the shoes" of Harry - she knows nothing of the code, and Dexter knows she would be ashamed of what he does.
Dexter's hopes and dream of his family and himself ever living a normal lifestyle went down the drain with Rita.
Where does he go from here? Will he teach Harrison of the code which was once passed onto him? How long can Dexter maintain his sanity(?) given the events that have occured? How many more innocent people and loved ones are going to die because of his sickening pleasures?
