    Try to download the Trial version of Photoshop CS2, it comes with Image Ready CS2 which is a great program to create animations.

      Can't. My computer for some reason doesn't like photoshop. Either there isn't enough space or something.

            I'm sure there are other decent programs out too that will do a good job.

                  Ack, gonna have to ask ya to change it or lower the resolution so its 150KB or less. Sorry, but we have some members on 56k and that sig will take ages to load.

                    If you use GIMP and gif movie gear, you should be able to turn downloaded movies into animations. If its a flash movie or google video, you could use a program like BBFlashBack. That records on screen stuff, including online movies

                        If you can upload it again, I can probably knock it down to sufficient size without much quality reduction. If I remember correctly, it wouldn't suffer from it.
