I'm about to depart for my brother's house, where I'll be spending Christmas with him and his family. All the presents are wrapped, the cards are written in, now to shower and ship out.

i know exactly how u feel friend
He has been warned for this, and other things. It's unlikely he'll get more than one warning.
Ok, no worries
Well, as for Christmas, I got my new cordless house phone! Whoopee! Lol. Got a few gift vouchers and stuff as well, so will have to work out what to get with them. Games spring to mind...
I am also aching as I did the worst belly flop on my partner's son's slip n slide, and my abs are as sore as anything. Lol
Just got back from my brother's place, had a great time with family. Some of the best Christmas food I have had in a long time, I've also drank an obscene amount of booze over the past couple of days too. I also took the opportunity to watch my favourite Christmas movie, Die Hard.
Got a few books for Christmas, including Stephen Fry's new autobiography which I'm currently reading through. The man is truly the Oscar Wilde of our generation.

Sorry to be a bit off-topic, but my Christmas celebrations have been cut short.
We are having a huge flood here, and my access to town has been completely cut off. The pictures below were taken yesterday, before it even hit it's peak overnight. This morning the rivers are even higher, so I will go down and take more pictures for you to see. This is only about 2 streets away from where I live
