Update:
I saw some guys asking me questions about this new set of drivers and applications in other forums. Im trying gathering all information to provide answers here as I got no time to post on each of forum one by one.
New features of the drivers and apps
-audio channel can be re-assigned to any satellite speaker
-GUIs of each app are more brilliant on Vista 64-bit system rather than 32-bit one. (RC1.1 only provides fresh designs for THX and CMS)
-there are both 64-bit and 32-bit application management listed on Creative System Information app (now its RC1.1; only provide 32-bit apps)
Spec will be updated if new info coming out.

-This is X-Fi 2 application and drivers set modded at work for Windows XP/Vista on X-Fi.
-DTS/Dolby docoders are not available
-Using ALchemy is able to enable EAX
-You can install other drivers instead if you discirle "Windows Drivers" in customized installation.
