Is that a purebred Doberman? I adore Dobermans. Very, very cute!

I take her to the vet to get her fixed, and they're like "Yeah, you know this is a girl, right?" So yeah, she was originally Alexei after Tsar Nicholas II's son...Then it morphed to Alexia, but I just didn't like how many syllables that was. Alessa just fit...Plus playing a lot of Silent Hill 3 didn't help matters any. And I got the second one two years later to keep Alessa company...Yeah, I was playing a fair amount of Resident Evil 5 Mercenaries around the time I got him. Though he is nothing like Wesker, my Wesker is extremely social and seems to love everyone.
Whoa, I can't imagine a shelter labeling an animal the wrong gender! Aren't there.. Signs to look for.. Neutered, or not? Both cats are super cute! And I love their names. My cat was named Sephy, after Sephiroth. You are not alone in your video game naming spree.

Our oldest, Ruthie, the one on the left, is a little over a year, and the youngest, Melanie, is almost a year old I believe.

They were rescues that we adopted. We were only fostering the youngest, but my mom fell in love and decided to keep her.

        Thanks!

Well, according to the vet, when kittens are only a few weeks old the way they figure out the sex is by measuring the distance between the anus and the urethra to determine if the cat is male or female. Apparently, Alessa's distance was closer to that of a male than a female.

I was really mad when it happened, but now, I don't know what I would do without her.

I thought they looked young! Very noble of you to adopt rescues. That is awesome! <3

Ohhh, I see! Haha, lucky for Alessa you fell in love with her before the vet visit!

All I see is dogs and cats, no rabbits. I am disappoint.

These are my two Old English Sheepdogs/Bobtails Henry and Lizzie (well, Mr. Henry and Miss Eliza are their actual names).

Lizzie is on the left, Henry is on the right.

Henry was rescued, Lizzie is the first dog we've not rescued.

They're half-siblings (same father, different mother). Lizzie is Henry's younger sister and she's pretty much "my" puppy as she's chosen me (in that she came to me when we got her and hasn't left me since).

I have a cat at my parents. Her name is Snowball, but I don't often call her that. I usually call her Grubby (because she goes out during the day and gets dirty).

Here's the new dog that my parents got. It's an absolute terror and she licks windows. She's very dumb.

Here's my housemates dog. I don't like dogs very much.
I put a bottle-opener on its neck chain, so at least it's a bit more useful.
