No offense, but that article sounds a lot like Christian propaganda. But we are going to have to agree to disagree because everything has its biased. And that article seems incredibly loaded with it, and it makes me laugh a little.

Not to mention the article seems to blanket all homosexuals as the same, when we are quite as diverse as the heterosexual population. There is just so much ignorance when it comes to Christians and their views on the gay lifestyle. Frankly, they don't know anything really, and it seems they don't care to learn.

Al. I'm curious to know what you think of the fact that in the area of the bible that state Homosexuality is a sin, it also states that eating shellfish, having round haircuts, and wearing clothing of mixed fibers?

Also, have you ever looked at the bible and what it says in a historical sense? The Hebrews were trying to build a nation, so naturally any act that does not produce children is seen as a sin. Bible even states if a man spills his seed upon the ground he will be struck down (there goes masturbation).

Bertha here is precisely why men should be ready to "meat" the supply to such a demand.. It's kindof cold to go galavanting after another guy, when there's a perfectly ready and able woman prepared to take in such delight.. Some gays are only responding to the the social taboo in the first place.. The same guys who say fags are going to hell, are usually not to keen on getting laid in general.. But letting that idea turn you into a fairy, rather than just getting some righteous pussy, like a man, just seems like a defeat to me..

But who are they to judge? If someone has a sexual relationship with an animal and is not harming anyone, why is it wrong?

Again, same argument. What I am seeing in this thread is moral relativism. Basically, "if it feels right, it's right for me", along with the denial of any absolutes. Which in turn, makes the rejection of bestiality, pedophilia, incest, etc., hypocritical. (Haha, I live in Florida and there are surprisingly a lot of rednecks here. I would of not made that judgement towards you! )

Vaginas arent necessarily always sexy looking themselves. And really...I can honestly say I've seen some delicious wang.

I didn't think Jews fucked their sisters...unless they had pennies shoved...never mind.

Wow. I think we have a serious contender for the best thread of 2011. The trophy was previously won earlier this year by A-J's thread about Outbreak 3.

I think Bestiality is frowned upon because it's not consensual. They are an animal, they can not give clear consent.

As far as incest goes, I'm not against it. America holds such an extreme taboo against it. But I think any relationship between consenting adults is okay. Though they will have to deal with the consequences if any children become products of it.

Hell, I'm even in favor of polygamy. As long as the family unit it firm, people are getting their needs met, there is no abuse, and the children are being well taken care of.

                      • it's obvious how incest could cause a lot of dysfunction in a family.. i wasn't trying to advocate sister fucking.. just that i'd be more likely to fuck my sister, who could theoretically speaking, actually be an attractive, and fuckable female, than to have sex with a man..

Unfortunately, I could easily say the same thing about the pseudo-science in defense of homosexuality, as well as the ignorance homosexuals show towards Christianity. So yes, we will have to agree to disagree on this matter.

Sure! Certain parts of the Bible are written and meant specifically for certain time periods, called dispensations. Most of the Old Testament is directed towards the people living in those times under the Mosaic Law. The shellfish verse was meant only for those people in that point in history. They did not have the proper cleaning or refrigeration methods to healthily eat shellfish, so God commanded them not to for their safety. The wearing clothing of mixed fibers was purported to teach purity. However, these verses are no longer commanded because we obviously do not live under Mosaic Law anymore!

Of course! Half of the Bible is practically history, it's hard not to! You are going to have to provide the exact verses, and I will give you the proper interpretation. But offhand, these verses also sound like Mosaic Law commands, so again, not applicable to today.

                            ...

eh, not intending to offend you, but that's an amateur's take on the passage..

Onan wasn't "struck down for spilling his semen"..

Judah, his father, had given him Tamar to wed, but his mother was a racist, who didn't want him marrying a foreigner.. Bowing to his mother, he refused to impregnate Tamar..

It'd be like if your mother told you not to marry a nigger..
