Needed: An Image Editor

if there is anyone here that is particularly good as image editing, and has the proper software (Photoshop, etc), i would appreciate your help..

the attached image is a custom "Foxhound" logo, based on the insignia seen in the Metal Gear series..

it reads, "Special Force Group".. but i want it to say, "Special Forces Unit".. same position, same font, no other changes..

shouldn't be that hard for someone who knows what they're doing.. thanks in advance..

i'm considering getting this tattooed, but i'm as of yet, uncertain.. torn between this one, and the original, from Metal Gear 2.. on the one hand, the original is classic, and i've thought of getting it for years.. on the other, however, i think this one is totally bad ass..
