HermanCain's "9-9-9" plan is the biggest scam ever. It would actually double taxes on the middle-class - never mind the poor (they will pay almost $3000 more in taxes under Cain's plan) and give the rich & corps the biggest tax cuts in freakin history.

And yet Cain (and his Plan from planet 9) is leading in the polls among Republicans.
