I spotted this on one of the news websites I visit linked off an interview with one of the design judges (which you can find here).

Actually those look pretty cool and could work. Thing is would you have time to build those with a Zombie onslaught at hand?

Possibly, or you could also overhaul some modernist home displays or even prefab kits to get the preferable more permanent shelter.

Of course, I have to add in - everyone should take note of any display home lots. Lots of construction materials and should the need come where you need to migrate to another closer building - easier said than done.
