And now things get really scary here: A new bill is being considered called the Expatriation Act, that gives the government the right to strip Americans of their citizenship, without trial. I have never hated my own government so much.
Its weird how the bill makes the point of not just going after naturalized citizens but also “(a) A person who is a national of the United States whether by birth or naturalization, shall lose his nationality by voluntarily performing any of the following acts with the intention of relinquishing United States nationality"

BTW, if you try looking for info on this story... there's not a lot of it out there.

Gotta try using difference search words on Google...

oh and I definitely wouldn't use google to search this kind of stuff, they have massive privacy issues and often give the local and fedral governments lists when asked. somehting like ixquick.com uses a proxy server which gives you a little more privacy.

Actually, Google is against SOPA. They're not all that bad.

BTW, News Corp. mogul Rupert Murdoch used his new Twitter account to attack the Obama administration. This because they recently stated that they don't fully support SOPA but instead are looking for an alternative that keeps the internet as it is NAO:

              http://news.yahoo.com/rupert-murdoch-turns-twitter-attack-obama-175645674.html

Fox News supports SOPA... censoring the internets.

EDIT: Just learned more details on why Murdoch was unhappy with Obama... its because he had issued a veto threat against the SOPA bill. By issuing such a veto, the POTUS effectively killed the POS bill. That's why Rep. Eric Cantor stopped supporting that bill today.

But there is yet another similar Internet censoring bill, PIPA, that is still up and running.

And now Ron Paul is trying to get rid of the indefinite detention of American citizens section of the NDAA bill.

Admirable, but I'd like the indefinite suspension of all the propel we have removed and just officially jail their asses(assumng they are in fact guilty of terrorism).

Yeah...you think they'd be sitting there, without charge on indefinite suspension if they thought they could actually prove stuff in a real court of law?

the charge of 'suspecting and aiding terrorists' seems to work fine on its own :/.

You're seeing the NWO's world depopulation plan come into affect. Round up American citizens into the FEMA camps and then exterminate them.

I warned you of this, years ago.

I don't know about you personally my friend, but most here blew it off as a conspiracy theory. Anyway, if you American's don't do something soon, you're all in deep trouble. Like others have already said, it's becoming a police state in America, and it's only a matter of time before the police, army, ect come knocking on your door. Wouldn't suprise me if this started happening over here in the UK, too.

                                May peace be with you.
