I don't understand the thing about the emulator anyway. But, I notice the cutscene of Elza in the hallway, leading to the crashed van. The dialog says, don't come any closer are you listening, is from the Beginning FMV in RE2, when Claire is in the restaurant, if I am not mistaken. I want to know, is this the teams modification or is it actual dialog from the RE1.5 Demo?

Well, they do show the background images of the city buildings. Maybe the missing FMV shows more of the city. I don't remeber exactly but I think someone said that Leon is with Chief Irons, and the rest of the surviving police force head to the helipad and Chief Irons tells Leon to go with them. He reluctantly goes and when he arrives on the heliport, the police helicopter takes off and leaves Leon behind. And then you see the cut scene of Leon saying, oh, that's just freaking great! Now, what I am going to do?I have received 135,000 infractions at The Horror Is Alive!

The Biohazard 2 Prototype "Magic Zombie Door" build most likely uses the same source material seen in the "PSM build," dated somewhere between 1996-11-07 - 1996-11-25. Placing it in this time period is based on comparisons to the game from September - October 1996 previews and backgrounds found in the Biohazard 2 Trial Edition being modified and re-rendered starting on 1996-11-26. Rooms listed as ORIGINAL DATA are designated as such based on both promotional materials and from the Trial Edition backgrounds pre-dating 1996-11-26. Rooms listed as TRIAL DATA are not necessarily from Biohazard 2 Trial Edition, but they are 100% identical to backgrounds from that version and post-date 1996-11-25 and what *should* be in the build. Last modified dates are provided when available, I was not able to retrieve them from the release during my limited efforts to do so.
As an extra note, Elza may have first appeared in-game between 1996-09-28 - 1996-10-08. While she was not shown in promotional materials from September 1996, she is in materials released just after that during October - November 1996. Also, 103 LOBBY was revised for a third known version after October 1996 and is used in the PSM/"Magic Zombie Door" build (1996-11-07 - 1996-11-25.)

The December 7 version of "Site C" is supposed to have the parking and lobby loaded together as one room and connected by the broken glass window. Ada makes mention of the glass being broken by zombies in the cutscene in the "Forklift" room. Also, the files for the lab freezer room was overwritten with the final version of it on November 8, 1996.
