I noticed something funny in-game and on here. The Pliers item - is actually a picture of a WRENCH hehe, whether this is just a placeholder or a what IDK but I had to look twice

I guess the pliers are used in the corridor that leads to the morgue? It will be interesting (and complicated) for the team to figure out the proper item locations and in which order we are supposed to visit all these rooms, especially in the RPD.

I wonder what item we are supposed to find in the morgue to progress through the game.

It's very likely a keycard, given the high similarity between Re1.5 and Re2.0. A surprise may be flamethrower fuel, since in one build there was a moment that Leon used flamethrower to burn off the zombies. But that could be a cheat, given that players get access to flamethrower right before fighting Birkin mutation #1.

BTW: Birkin #1 looks more handsome that he is in Re2.0. Both versions feature his mutation, but Re1.5 revolves his back and Re2.0 revolves the wound he made after he grabs the pipe, which later evolved into the fanged mouth.

Why do you keep calling H&K "HXOK"? That's an obvious mistake!
