I looked at the video and it seems that this group is using models from various Resident Evil games, like Rebirth, and mixing them together to make one game. It is basically a RE fan project.

No offence but it looked god aweful. Plus it can't be a legit games company as Capcom would sue for Copyright Infringement.. Clearly a fan project.

Reading the webpage's FAQ is an absolute joke, to which they claim to be working on 4 engines on this game and can't decide to what to use, to think about selling it, and also selling to capcom for them to release.
