I still think it's the best Gun Survivor game. Really worth the money if it's cheap enough ($10) or so.

RE should of stayed survival horror.
This is an absolutely ridiculous exaggeration, were you serious when you wrote this?

Dead Aim is a really good game, yes it has it's poor moments but it was a new style for resident evil that actually worked. The story gave a bit more insight into umbrella and it's apparently considered canon, I'd give it a go if I were you

Dead Aim is a short arcade game that doesn`t offer nothing but less than 2 hours of gameplay in a first run.
        How does that matter?
They still were developed as games that look nothing like a resident evil game.
RE4 was fine with the concept of action, because it did it correctly. RE5 and RE6 just took it way too far. The only thing RE about those are the name and characters, yet the characters still barely resemble their past selves. Chris the firetruck, jill the princess and wesker the tall old man.

Capcom clearly wants the RE series to be a COD third person knock off, def proven by operation raccoon city. There was absolutely nothing horror about RE5,6 or ORC at all, aside from the scare you get when you realize you paid full price for those.

Jill the princess and Wesker the tall, old man?? How did you come about that?

Difference being that Operation Raccoon City was mainly developed by Slant Six, it was a new angle to the Resident Evil Universe and didn't exactly pay off for them but I applaud them doing it, long running game series should be able to take risks when it comes to their franchise

You applaud a studio for ignorance and lack of effort?

Take risks? RE6 and RE ORC releasing so close, and being massively disliked by its fanbase should pretty much show capcom how everyone feels about their shit new direction.

So... laziness? Lack of effort? Those didn't just disappear because they thought of something tangibly original. They still dropped the ball into the abyss.

Fair enough the Umbrella side of the story was terrible and I actually hate the ending sequence how it comes from nowhere but I think they got it right with the DLC, that story was brilliant and was a massive improvement on the actual game

The DLC was the only thing worth playing. The rest was pure and utter garbage. What i still cant believe is how they allowed this abortion to be made, THAT NOBODY EVEN ASKED FOR, but yet Outbreak still has slight demand and they always turn their heads.

I did a one playthrough .It was ok.But i don't want to beat it anymore.I would give this game 4/10 honestly. It's short, graphic so-so,boring environment, story is nothing special - non memorable at all.Tho i like monsters. Atmosphere is not that bad too.Soundtrack?did they really put any afford in it?i remember only save room theme. That's it.
I'd stiil go with gun survivor1 if i had to choose.

Of course it's frucking good. Just be prepared to finish it in one sitting.

Personally I think it was the best PS2 RE game. I even liked it more than 4 and Code Veronica X.

I've only played it once. It was alright but mostly forgetable. If you can find it cheap I'd say its worth picking up. Make sure you get the gun too though.
