Potential storylines for the future

I remember that during an Q&A session for Extinction some fan asked if she ever talked to Capcom about having Alice in the games and she said Capcom was "being weird about it".

Frankly I wouldn't see a problem with adding her character. I see the movies as a parallel universe to the games. Like a "what-if" Alice existed in the game universe this is how it would have started. I mean in the movie universe it did confirm that Jill did in fact investigate Raccoon Forest and came across zombies. I think it's prime time to just add her and get it over with. She in no means has to have the super powers but I think its due time now that she's SUCH a big part of the franchise.

Jessica and Raymond were employed by TRICELL. Unfortunately TRICELL hasn't been given closure, so they're probably still around.

Probably a sequel where Ada is the final boss, and has a big scheme going on, or becomes a good guy again but then double crosses you at some point but then helps you at important plot points for some presumed evil genius reason, or just shows up and acts like her shit doesn't stink smirking her way out of the room with her nostalgia factor rappelling hook thingy.

I couldn't care less about Alex Wesker in all honesty, why people are so desperate to have him finally in a game is beyond me, do we really want to go there?

I personally would have a game set between RE3 or RE-CV or just after CV involving barry or rebecca as the main character, possibly both. It's only a matter of time before Capcom bring them back, I'd just rather be in a better way than Sherry's return with an game set in the better era of resident evil

Because Alex continued with the work that both Spencer and Albert Wesker never finished, he was working so many years in the perfect virus, and he has the potential to be a decent villian, something that, except for Albert Wesker, RE never had.
And probably because we don`t like Capcom leaving unfinished plot lines with each game they make.
