Outbreak turns 10 years old this year. Would you support an HD Remake?

Otherwise, I *think* I remember Capcom announcing there being a reported 20 scenarios. Mind you, this was around the time Resident Evil Online was announced or something I think. If that were true, then what I've believed is that there were a total of 4 files planned. Though, in File 2's save transfer screen there was only File 1 and File 3 transferring in the code or something - I believe it's possible that there probably was one more file based on 5 levels per file.

However, I don't think we'll ever know. The best we can hope for is a HD re-release, and I don't think Capcom cares.
Outbreak File #1 being offline in Europe didn't help either. I am not too hopeful myself.

A sequel because I still have the 2 original games. I could just go out tomorrow and buy an Outbreak 3. Oh no that's right gaming has gone to rats and the only consoles in fashion now are the crap box, wee wee, and pisstake 3. How I hate evolution.

its weird becuz it looks easier to port a ps2 game to ps3 than port a Wii game to the PS and MS apis. not to mention chronicles looks like a torture to play.

With the way gamers are now with the obsession over online games, RE Outbreak likely would succeed if it re released.
They dont have to release it on disk. They could just do digital only.

Afraid not and I think it may of been your blog that I saw it on. Drat! Nevertheless the image of him standing at the turntable looked good, but as I recall the person that ripped him said that there was a lot of code missing, and that only basic walking and attacking functions were programmed in to the model.

Except for the fact Outbreak is more an original RE style game than anything released after 4.
Also, Outbreak actually has demand from fans. There are still several loyal supporters for it. Nobody is asking for new RE games like RE5/6, except for the retards who became fans of the series with RE4/5 or 6.

Outbreak is more of a re game then 4 period! I actually bought file 1 because it looked like a resident evil game and then didn't play 4 since!

Same, for one thing i'd like to of seen how they were originally intended to flow. Initially Outbreak 1 and 2 was supposed to be one whole long game, there was going to be another laboratory or facility instead of the university where we even learnt more about the origin of Nyx. The lab also at somepoint had William Birkin's first form as the boss, I know because i've seen the 3d model. The cutscene of the university level begins with George in the police station this shows us that originally that was going to be the level before, and the hospital was obviously supposed to be before below freezing point because of the connecting sewers. Incidentally does anyone have any material from Capcom about the unfinished or originally intended scenarios?
